• Can I use CallBack with my mobile phone?

  Yes, and you can save even more money! Mobile phones are especially expensive, but when you use CallBack to call, you pay the same low rates as if you were calling from your home.

• Is CallBack easy to use?

  Yes, it's very easy, and very fast. The system works like this:
  1. You dial a USA telephone number, hear one ring and hang up. This call is free!
  2. Your telephone rings a few seconds later.
  3. Pick up your phone and call.
  It's just three easy steps and a few seconds of your time, and the savings can be enormous!

• Why is CallBack so cheap?

  Look at the explanation of the system above. Because no connection is made in step 1, you are not charged for the call. Then in step 2, a computer calls you back from the USA. This opens a line between you and the USA which allows you to call as if you were actually in the USA, so you pay low American rates instead of high local rates every time you call.

• Is there a basic fee I must pay?

  No. There are absolutely no basic fees, monthly charges or minimum charges. You only pay for your calls. If you make no calls, you pay nothing.

• Can I use CallBack to send faxes?

  Yes. You pay the same rate as for the telephone.

• Will I receive a statement showing the calls I made?

  Yes, customers receive a monthly statement showing the date, time, duration, cost, location and destination for each call.

• What currency will I be charged in? How much will the rate be in my currency?

  All calls are charged to you in US dollars. Your bank/credit card company converts the dollars to the currency of yours, and they also set the exchange rate. We do not set any exchange rates.

• What increments are calls charged in?

  The minimum charge is for 1 minute. After that, calls are charged in 6-second increments.

• Can I only use CallBack from the phone number I registered?

  No, you can use it from any phone, anywhere. However, you must know the phone number of the telephone you are using it from. You can change the new number by yourself in less than one minute followed by our voice prompts after you access the system.

• If I can use this service anywhere, why must I register a number?

  Each Account needs a phone number that the computer calls back to. We cannot open an account without a phone number (a "calling from" number). If you are going somewhere soon and don't know the number there, you can register your current number and change the number later when you know the new number.

• Can I use CallBack from public telephones?

  Yes, but you must know the phone number of that telephone.

• Do I have to fax the application?

  If you pay by credit cards, yes, fax it to us please - we need your signature.

• I do not have credit cards, can I apply for it?
